Eligible items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in their original condition. This includes tags and packaging.
Original purchase must be verified before being eligible for return.
Sale items, promotional items, gift cards and gift boxes are not eligible for return or exhange.
Store credit will be provided in the form of an email gift certificate. If you don’t hear from us, make sure you check your junk folder.
To start a return, contact us at info@theplaygarden.ca. We will assess your eligibility once we receive the item.

We currently don’t offer shipping, but we do offer $5 local delivery in the St. John’s area. View the map on our shop page to see if you’re eligible.

As we start our small business journey, we’re offering two ways to receive your purchases.

In-person pickup in the west end of St. John’s on Saturdays between 12 and 4 pm.
For privacy reasons, we will send you the pickup location as well as the date it will be available after you make your purchase.
